• Individual swamp, pump and over head tank for 24 hour water supply and storage    
• An internal concealed water supply system with all modern ISI marked chrome planted premium quality bib cock stop cock and other outlet points.
• Underground sewage and drainage system with individual septic tank and soak pitg
• Hot and cold water supply system concealed for attached toilets.
